How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We know you want you purchase “yesterday”. That’s why one of our priorities is speed of delivery. 

Our courier partners know this too. Depending on your timing in finalising your purchase we will do everything in our power to get your package to you the next day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are able to ship internationally, however, this takes a little longer than what we can manage within South Africa. We have international partners in couriering these valuable packages reliably and with haste.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Security is critical to our success and we know how important it is to you. With this in mind we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards via PayFast as well as PayPal.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All our payment transactions are secured by PayFast.

PayFast is PCI DSS level 1 compliant. PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and is a PASA (Payment Association of South Africa) regulation in South Africa, this means any company accepting credit card payments on their website needs to comply.

Payments are secured with 3D security which will require a pin to be sent to the buyer and then verified online.

3D Secure is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard to further secure CNP (Card-holder Not Present) transactions over the Internet.

MasterCard brands their system as ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ and Visa call theirs ‘Verified by Visa’.

3D Secure protects a buyer’s credit card against unauthorised use when shopping online. This simple service enables buyers to validate transactions you make over the internet by requesting a personal code (usually sent to your cell phone or email address as a one time PIN). It helps protect against fraudulent use by unauthorised individuals.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are happy to ship to destinations around the world. Some of these transactions may attract customs and excise duties, which will be for the buyer’s account.

We make use of major international courier partners like DHL and Fedex, who provide fast and reliable service.

How do I place an Order?

After browsing through our extensive range online, add your chosen item/s to your cart. After you have concluded your shopping, click on the cart icon. This will take you to a checkout page. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be able to select from a number of payment options. You will receive an email confirming your order after payment has been made. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not essential to register an account on www.jewelsforafrica.com, however, an account is very convenient for future purchases.

How Do I Track My Order?

Use the menu item “Track your order” with your Order ID received at checkout to follow the progress of your delivery.

How Can I Return a Product?

All merchandise may be returned within 15 days of the date of invoicing, provided that it is accompanied by a copy of the invoice, as well as any specialised packaging or display material included. In addition, a valid reason must be provided for the return of the item.

Please note that all returns are credited at the discretion of Jewels for Africa, and that items modified in any way will not qualify for return credit. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been resized or personalised with an engraved message. Additionally, custom-made and special order items will not qualify for return credit.

An email request for return can be submitted to admin@jewelsforafrica.com and the product can be couriered to the return address provided, at the buyer’s cost.
